Topocean is committed to strengthening the global supply chain. In this endeavor, we applied for and were accepted into the “Customs – Trade Partnership Against Terrorism” known as C-TPAT.
We received certification into the program in September 2003.
The Topocean goal is to have all available clients, partners and vendors join us in our commitment to secure the international supply chain and protect our country's security
